worked for 28 years in infant and pediatric nutrition. Her book focuses on raising healthy, happy children through proper nutrition. It has recipes and tips on how to get kids of all ages to eat healthy along with the research on the importance of children learning to make good food choices. It is designed for busy parents and includes practical advice for school lunches, how to be a good food role model for your kids, and tips on dealing with picky eaters.
