Redmond
The City of Redmond
Commonly referred to as the 'hub' of Central Oregon, Redmond is situated in the middle of the four other Central Oregon cities (Bend, Sisters, Prineville, and Madras.) Consequently, it is the perfect location for the region's airport and fairgrounds. Redmond affords the most central access to the regions many outdoor recreational opportunities:
- hiking in the Cascades
- skiing and snowboarding at our snow playgrounds

- climbing the world renowned Smith Rocks
- golfing at more than a dozen quality courses
- sailing on Elk Lake
- skiing on Billy Chinook
- rafting the exciting Deschutes River
- fishing the Crooked or Metolius rivers
- winter hiking in the Bad Lands
... the list just goes on and on.
In town, Redmond offers a full slate of shopping and dining opportunities for everyone, plus a full selection of accommodations for visitors. Our newly renovated downtown core (where Paulina Springs is located) is a convenient spot where one can buy a bicycle, a delicious cupcake, great meals, beautiful floral arrangements, a cup of Joe roasted on the premises, a high quality archery set-up, a new pair of shoes, a new computer, .... and of course buy a great book.
Accommodations include a variety of hotels, motels, bed & breakfast, and two world class resorts just outside town - Eagle Crest and Brasada.
Look for us at the base of the arch!
